Refutea

This was a collaborative project in which we set up a gazebo at Plymouth College Of Art, here we served tea to the public. In turn to this we asked questions and have in depth conversations about the refugee crisis and Calais. They could contribute as much or little to the conversation as they liked. We used tea because in Britain it is associated with helping when people are feeling upset or if there is a problem, so it seemed perfectly fitting to serve when we are discussing a global crisis, something that our audience will relate to.

For this piece a wide selection of everyday objects were used, the biggest aspect was the gazebo.
